Did you know that your success, or lack of success, is, in some part, affected by the people you surround yourself with? You don’t need to look too far to see the evidence of this! Surround yourself with people who dream, think, and do bigger & better, and you will be stretched to up your game. On the other hand, surround yourself with people who have no ambition, no dreams and talk about their “bad luck” and you’ll soon find yourself in the same boat. Proverbs has a bit to say about this: Proverbs 12:26, The righteous choose their friends carefully, but the way of the wicked leads them astray. Proverbs 27:17, As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend. Proverbs 13:20, Walk with the wise and become wise; associate with fools and get in trouble. When you surround yourself with people who lift you up, encourage you, sharpen you, then you will raise to new levels of excellence! But…. How do you know who the “right” people are? How can you tell if you’re surrounded by the “wrong” people?
